Design

Application area

We demand more and more from machine tools - greater speeds, higher accuracy, and better quality. Our demands have led to extraordinary progress in the processing technology.
Capabilities that we did not expect earlier are standard today. Modern high-speed machines offer impressive advantages.
The increased requirements for accuracy, however, can only be fulfilled when tool, tool holder, and spindle are precisely balanced. Increasing operating speeds lead to increasing unbalance-related forces. The consequences are dangerous vibrations, rattling, poor surface quality, and increased wear of the tool and spindle bearing.
Because we are further expanding our present production capacities, and we want to exceed the quality standards that our customers expect, fine balancing is increasingly important.
Tooldyne SV was especially developed to achieve high-precision results in as short a time as possible, and particularly for a broad spectrum of tools and tool receiving sockets.

Design

Force-measuring vertical balancing machines, compact in design. Operation-friendly menu guidance and display on a monitor.
A pneumatically actuated clamping mechanism pulls the tool automatically into the spindle in order to reproduce the operating conditions exactly and ensure reproducible seat, which is indispensable for fine balancing.
